Ms. Esin Şahin Koca has started her career at C Kredi ve Kalkınma Bankası and has continued her career at Denizbank A.Ş and has given counseling to both banks in regards to project finances, credit reconfigurations and the coordination of foreign subsidiaries.

Following her experience in  Banking and Finance Law, Ms. Esin Şahin Koca has transferred to the Legal Counseling Department in Turkcell İletişim Hizmetleri A.Ş. and has worked there for over 10 years. Thanks to her experience within the sector and in the field of law she has been appointed as a manager at  Turkcell İletişim Hizmetleri A.Ş.’s subsidiary Turkcell Global Bilgi A.Ş. and has managed the legal processes of the company alongside her team.

Ms. Esin Şahin Koca, works in many different fields of law, particularly in Banking and Finance Law, Corporate Law, Contract Law, Telecommunication Law, Labor Law, Intellectual Property Law and Real Estate and Construction Law
