Mr. Cenk Gümüş, started his career of law at Çalık Holding in 2005 and continued his career by working with significant law firms in İstanbul. Attorney Cenk Gümüş,  still conducts projects regarding firm establishment matters, mergers & acquisitions, project finances and corporate management issues of both national and international companies. In addition to these areas of expertise, he also practices energy law, real estate law, business law and start-up law. Attorney Cenk Gümüş, who moved to London and started a legal counseling service there in 2018, as of 2019 has started to work within the body of BerkerBerker as well.
